Professional Bio
Yasmine Griffin, M.A. is a second-year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology program at Mississippi State University. Yasmine completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Ball State University, where she had the opportunity to work under the supervision of Dr. Tayla T.C. Lee. Currently, Yasmine’s research focus is on personality pathology and the assessment and evaluation of emotional and behavioral difficulties. Under the supervision of Dr. Hilary DeShong at Mississippi State University, Yasmine has had the opportunity to present on topics regarding environment and cognitive interactions and their influence on the development of Borderline Personality Disorder. Additionally, Yasmine will present on the role of environment and maturation on personality change over time at the Society of Personality Assessment Convention 2025.
